We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney to join our renowned legal team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented attorney to make a significant impact by handling complex trust and estate litigation matters. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering high-quality legal services to a diverse clientele. This position requires a minimum of three years of experience in the legal industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Represent clients in trust and estate litigation matters, including disputes involving wills, trusts, guardianships, conservatorships, and fiduciary duties.
2. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and develop litigation strategies.
3. Prepare and draft legal documents such as wills, trusts, estate plans, probate applications, and other related documents.
4. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on matters related to trust and estate planning and administration.
5. Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
6. Attend court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations as necessary.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends related to trusts and estates.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Current license to practice law in the state.
3. A minimum of three years of experience as a Trust and Estate Litigation Attorney.
4. Proven experience in litigation and handling complex legal issues related to trusts and estates.
5. Must possess an LLM or equivalent advanced legal degree.
6. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
10. Exceptional client service skills with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
11. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
