Reich Installation Services is looking to add to our growing team! We are seeking a Traveling Construction Project Manager with experience in conveyor installation who is open/willing to be hands on. This role involves managing on-site teams and overseeing the installation process for large automation projects. Our team works closely with customers to ensure we deliver high-quality installation services safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Project & Team Management:

• Oversee and manage project teams to facilitate smooth operations for all aspects of automation projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all assigned projects, providing leadership and direction to team members.

Project Planning & Scheduling:

• Develop and manage multiple, concurrent project schedules, and monitoring daily progress to stay aligned with the work plan.
• Regularly update executive management and project team members on project status, schedules, and any emerging issues.

Financial Performance & Progress Tracking:

• Monitor and maintain the financial health of projects to remain within budget.
• Identify and proactively remove obstacles to keep project momentum, balancing and competing priorities to meet milestones and drive results.

Issue Resolution & Communication:

• Coordinate and follow up on open issues to achieve timely resolutions.
• Foster strong communication across all levels of the project team to close gaps in communication and scheduling.
• Track and achieve project milestones and technical deliverables.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of project management experience, preferably with a background in conveyor installation or automation projects.
• Prior experience managing people or processes, with a focus on effective team and project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, understand the product development lifecycle, and apply process management techniques.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners.
• Ability to remove obstacles, keep project momentum, and resolve issues in a proactive and organized manner.
• Willingness to be directly involved in installations tasks when necessary.
