Job Description & Requirements

• Shift: 12 hours, evenings, nights, flexible

Requirements

 

• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy technician experienceboth license required AZ license Mandatory for Application
• PTCB Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) – required
• Arizona Pharmacy Technician License – required
• EPIC experience – required
• Experience with Pyxis or Omnicell – preferred
• IV room, sterile compounding, hazardous compounding, and automation experience – a plus
• Must live more than 100 miles from the facility (Radius Rule)
