Shift: Variable D/E, 8a-8p/7:30a-5p or 12p-9:30p, 40 hours per week

Length: 13 weeks Requirements:

• IL License
• 1 year’ experience
• Successfully completed NAPLEX required
• BLS

Other Details: Inpatient PharmacistShift: One 12hr shift (8am-8PM) and three 9hr shifts (7:30am -5pm or 12pm-9:30PM) per week.Start date: ASAPYears of experience REQ: 1 YearFirst-timers accepted: YesWeekend REQ: Every other weekend required - weekend shifts are 12 hrs.
Certs REQ: RPh, IL State License.Certs Preferred: IV Certification, PharmDIs on-call REQ? Guaranteed Hours: If confirmed to 3x12-hour shifts, SSM will guarantee a min. of 36 hours/ week. If confirmed to 4x12-hour shifts, SSM will guarantee a min. of 48 hours/ week. If confirmed to shift lengths less than 12-hours, SSM will guarantee a min. of 40 hours/week. If confirmed to shift lengths less than 12-hours, SSM will guarantee a min. of 40 hours/ week. Please note: SSM may cancel (call-off) the following per 4-week period: Up to 8 hours for Candidates confirmed to 8-hour shifts. Up to 10 hours for Candidates confirmed to 10-hour shifts. Up to 12 hours for Candidates confirmed to 12-hour shifts.
