Trademark Attorney - Government Contractor

SCOPE OF WORK

The trademark attorney will provide legal support for U.S. Government Agency attorneys with the following:

• Trademark searches
• Preparing and filing of trademark applications
• Trademark prosecution and office actions
• Trademark appeals
• Trademark clearance and freedom to operate reviews
• Trademark oppositions, trademark cancellations, and other similar proceedings
• Trademark protection and enforcement
• Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) matters
• Domain Name Dispute Resolution, ICANN and URL
• Trademark agreements and licenses
• Advise on copyright and trademark matters
• Intellectual property and legal support services
• Support intellectual property litigation and adversarial matters

SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL

• Must be able to obtain and maintain public trust clearance
• Must be a U.S. Citizen

QUALIFICATIONS

• Required: A minimum of 6 years of trademark law experience
• Required: Law firm, in-house, and/or USPTO experience
