Job Description

Overview:

The associate will provide temporary support to supplement existing resources through daily reporting and data management. The associate will support analytics efforts to achieve optimal profitability across the entire store portfolio and product mix. Provides an opportunity to test and develop analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities. This position will be for 4 months.

• Assist team members with daily tasks such as data entry, daily reporting, and analysis
• Supporting the development and maintenance of databases, spreadsheets, and other tools for data analysis and reporting purposes
• Execute fuel pricing strategies
• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Assist with the development of counterparty relationships
• Update daily files and generate reports
• Assisting in coordinating and participating in meetings, conferences, and other events related to petroleum supply management
• Assist in any research needed for new projects
  Ability to communicate professionally with employees from all areas of the organization

Education

Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Science, Economics, Accounting or related field preferred
