Your Role: As a Telephone Survey Research Interviewer, you will reach out through outbound calls to conduct surveys on a variety of important topics. Your daily responsibilities will include: Making outbound phone calls Reading survey scripts clearly Engaging with respondents through thoughtful questions Recording responses accurately You will be conducting telephone interviews, polls, and customer satisfaction surveys, and rest assured, there are no sales or collections involved. What We’re Looking For: Excellent communication skills with a clear phone presence Comfort and confidence in speaking with others Basic reading, computer, and typing abilities 30 Words Per Minute typing requirement A good understanding of customer service principles No Experience? No Problem! We provide paid training! We are also open to candidates aged 16 and up. Available Schedules: Evening and weekend hours are available You can choose your schedule (18-40 hours per week) from our shift options Competitive pay: $12 per hour, or $12.50 for certified bilinguals (Spanish/English) One weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) is required Why Join Us?
