Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive cold calling telemarketer to join our team as an Independent Contractor. Your primary responsibility will be to direct prospective businesses to a website where prospects will be introduced to exclusive, deeply discounted (up to 80% off) marketing solutions designed to help small and mid-sized businesses save money and grow.

This role is ideal for individuals who are confident on the phone, results-driven, and looking to earn uncapped commissions based on their individual performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to business owners and decision-makers from a provided lead list.
  • Clearly communicate the value of our money-saving marketing solutions.
  • Use persuasive communication skills to build interest and overcome objections.
  • Log call activity and appointment results in CRM or tracking software.
  • Follow up with warm leads and re-engage past prospects when applicable.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.
  • Source additional leads as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and convey value in a short conversation.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and earn based on performance.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own time.
  • Access to a reliable internet connection, computer, and phone.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or call tracking software is a plus.

Compensation:

This is a 100% commission-based role. You’ll be compensated for each sale resulting from your calls – with generous commission structures, bonuses, and no cap on earnings.
