• The role involves student in full cycle recruitment Process
• Resume screening
• Understanding hiring needs of the client
• Partnering to work with specified schools to gather the pool of interns
• Phone screening CVs based on JD requirements and floating CVs to the client
• Arranging virtual or face to face interviews
• Liaising with schools for paperwork for final shortlisted interns
• Any other adhoc activities

• Good communication skills
• Need someone interested to pursue career in IT Recruiting
• Willing to support high volume recruitment activity across
• Prior experience in internship recruitment is a plus
