⚡ Role: Service Delivery Technical Project Manager

💰 Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 + Bonus + ESOP
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Delivery Technical Project Manager to lead customer onboarding and delivery of data center infrastructure solutions for a rapidly growing national digital infrastructure operator. The company is expanding its U.S. footprint and is seeking a hands-on, customer-focused technical leader to manage all phases of service delivery — from solution handoff through deployment, activation, and ongoing operational transition.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end service delivery for data center customer deployments, ensuring on-time activation and high customer satisfaction
• Serve as primary technical project contact for customers, coordinating requirements, schedules, and communication
• Manage implementation of colocation, network connectivity, power, and equipment installation
• Coordinate across operations, network engineering, facilities, and vendors to ensure successful deployment
• Maintain project plans, documentation, status reports, and risk tracking
• Drive issue resolution, escalations, and adherence to SLAs
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and quality
Qualifications:
• 5+ years in service delivery, technical project management, or implementation within data center, colocation, or managed services environments
• Experience managing multiple customer deployments simultaneously
• Technical understanding of data center infrastructure (power, networking, rack/stack)
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and stakeholder/customer management skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana)
• Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field preferred
