Requirements Successful candidates will have a passion for the life sciences, excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and natural leadership and go-getter attitudes. Currently pursuing a degree in a related technical field. Must be local to Pomona, PA. Ability to continue an on-going internship duration following semester breaks, (i.e. part-time or a minimum of 15hrs/week throughout the academic semesters). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality. Enthusiasm for learning and growth.
