Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated Team Leader / Manager to help us build and lead a high-performing sales team focused on AT&T Internet Fiber, Mobility Services, and ADT Security Systems . This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven experience to step into a leadership role and grow with us.
What You’ll Do
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives
Drive sales of AT&T Fiber, Mobility, and ADT Security services
Lead by example – actively engage in sales to set the standard
Develop sales strategies, set goals, and ensure the team meets or exceeds targets
Motivate and mentor team members to maximize their success
Report performance metrics and collaborate with leadership to expand operations
✅ Requirements
Mandatory experience in AT&T services (Fiber/Mobility) or ADT Security sales
Prior leadership/management experience building or leading a sales team
Strong communication, coaching, and motivational skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to scale a sales organization
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
