We are seeking Teachers, Assistants, and Aides who have an interest in Montessori philosophy and training, meet the qualifications listed below, have a passion for caring for energetic young children, and can help create and maintain a fun, safe, and developmentally appropriate classroom while enjoying time with the children they work with.

Requirements:

• Assistant Teachers - ​ A qualified Assistant Teacher must be 18 years or older, have a minimum of 12 Quarter Credits  OR 8 Semester Credits from an Accredited College.
• Aides - Must be 18 years or older. No education or experience required (entry level)

We would like our new hires to be energetic, experienced with children, have a warm and friendly personality, relate well to children and employees, be able to take verbal direction from the Management as to the tasks that need to be done, and be willing to fulfill responsibilities per Sunflower Montessori and Day Care educational philosophy​​.
