GQR – Talent Acquisition Specialist - STEM Division April Start Date New York, New York Hybrid - In office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday weekly 14th St, New York, NY At GQR, we are actively seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist within our STEM Division . This is a unique opportunity to leverage your experience in agency recruitment to attract and hire the best talent to build our internal recruitment teams within our Tech, FinTech, Cyber, Workday, and Life Sciences verticals. The Opportunity: Recruit recruiters— Utilize your agency background to recruit experienced recruiters for internal positions within our Technology and Life Sciences departments. Develop and execute targeted strategies to hire top-performing recruiters who will handle sourcing and placement of candidates for permanent positions amongst our Global clientele. Partner with internal stakeholders like hiring managers and C-Suite leaders to best understand GQR's internal team needs, culture, and ideal candidate profiles. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stages. What You Bring: ~6+ years of experience in Tech and/or Life Sciences recruitment, preferably in a full-desk recruitment agency setting. ~ A proven track record for sourcing, headhunting, and filling client recs. ~ Familiarity with sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and advanced headhunting techniques. ~ Experience working in fast-paced environments, ideally within a growing staffing and/or seeded start-up organization. ~ Strong EQ and a high level of self-accountability to consistently meet deliverables in an independent but collaborative work environment.
