Responsibilities

The individual selected for this position will establish standards, practices, and procedures for integrating, testing, evaluating and transitioning systems and enterprise capabilities, and coordinates with stakeholders.  This includes designing, developing, and implementing test and evaluation strategies, plans and methods to assure reliability of systems in conjunction with system specifications and defined enterprise capabilities, and integrates system and enterprise elements together so they work as a whole. Generate system requirement and enterprise capability verification approaches and customer acceptance criteria. Participates in reviews of systems and elements under development to ensure traceability of requirements compliance through verification and validation. Produces reports on each test activity and tracks test metrics. Performs analysis and evaluations of systems under test. Assesses performance using evaluation criteria and technical performance measures. Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive system evaluation reports and risk assessments. Evaluates discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes affecting systems. Specific roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: 

The Systems Integrator shall conduct Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) and System level verification activities to ensure that products are capable of satisfying mission requirements and performance standards.

As well as: 

• Identify integration risks and perform IV&V testing
• Assessing and validating technical requirements
• Developing, maintaining, delivering, and executing test plans and procedures that verify and validate incremental capability delivery against functional and technical requirements
• Delivering documentation and analysis of test verification results.

Qualifications

Required:

• Must Possess and maintain TS/SCI with Poly
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• BS 8-10, MS 6-8, PhD 3-5, or relevant experience

Desired: Any of the following certifications:

• CompTIA CASP (IAT Level III)
• CompTIA Security +
• EC-Council Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
• ITIL Foundation V3
• Splunk fundamentals
• Microsoft MTA Networking Fundamentals
• VMware Certified Associate - Cloud
