Job Description
Visible Trends is currently seeking part-time surveyors to conduct political survey calls.
Responsibilities
- Conducting outbound calls and adhere to the pre-determined call rate
- Utilize the provided script in its entirety when calling constituents
- Maintain professional phone etiquette and follow training guidelines
- Provide information as requested by respondents
- Review and wrap up all calls promptly
- Deescalate calls when necessary
Qualifications:
- Clear and articulate speaking voice
- Reliable and dependable work ethic
- Must be willing to work flexible shift hours (morning, afternoon, evening)
- Willingness to follow procedures and guidelines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Active listening skills to gather accurate survey responses
- Professional telephone manner
- Proper use of grammar and language
- Political Survey experience is preferred
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service over the phone
- Effective time management and task prioritization skills
- Bi-lingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
Home Computer Equipment Requirements:
- Computer with Windows 10 or 11 operating system is REQUIRED (Apple operating systems are not supported.)
- Minimum of 4GB RAM and a processor with at least 4 cores/threads (avoid Celeron processors)
- Solid-state drive (SSD) highly recommended
- Internet speed of at least 5 Mbps upload and download
- Headset with a microphone (e.g., Logitech H390) for clear communication
