We are currently seeking interns to join our Arise Internship Program in Overland Park and Lenexa for the summer of 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for hard-working team players who want to make an impact in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Between June and July of 2026, participants will spend 8 weeks immersed in the Arise team and culture. This part-time, paid internship offers a competitive hourly wage and will allow participants to work alongside our teams to develop skills that contribute directly to the success of the business, take on cross-functional projects, learn how Arise is shaking up the home-building industry, and meet some really cool people in the process. From day one, you will be given hands-on, meaningful work and the opportunity to make a difference.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Learn about the world of homebuilding through various training methods, the industry workflow, and business platforms within the organization as assigned during the internship
• 
  Provide miscellaneous support to our various departments while assisting with the overall process of building a home
  
• Gain technical and competency-based skills through formal and informal learning opportunities
  
• Complete special projects or assignments that assist leaders and teams in their mission while learning about the environment.
  
• Develop and deliver a group presentation to the Arise Leadership Team with other interns.
  
• Network with senior leaders, experienced teammates, and other inters to develop lasting professional connections.
  
• Receive and provide formal and informal feedback throughout the program.
  
• Pursue home-building industry knowledge and professional development.
  

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME

• Become ingrained in Arise culture and initiatives by attending intern specific orientation and onboarding process.
• Homebuilding for Newbies training for a crash course to learn the basics.
• Attend and participate in a weekly development program with courses aimed at refining your professional growth and development.
• Gain exposure to additional niches within Arise by participating in job shadowing and rotation opportunities.
• Social events and summer outings.
• Personal mentorships with our senior leaders and executives.
• Community outreach activities coordinated by our ministry team.
• Youll love your prospects at Arise, where we are proud of developing and transitioning our intern placements into full-time positions.

JOB HOURS and PAY

• Up to 30 hours per week, June-July 2025
• $18 - $20 an hour
