We hope that you can be a part of that goal as a member of our team! As a Store Manager , you will manage a dynamic team. Your team will have the satisfaction of helping a pet parent find the perfect pet food for their furry pal, help a kid learn about how to take care of their new hamster, or find a solution for a pet parent who's dog needs some training. Don't worry about not knowing anything about pet care – with our employee training programs you'll be recommending products in no time!

We expect all our customers to receive the best customer experience possible and all our team members are there to make that happen. From greeting customers, checking customers out at the register, restocking shelves, giving pet care advice, merchandising – we all do it all!

About Your Career

  • Provide overall leadership and direction to ensure store is managed in accordance with our business culture of providing optimum customer satisfaction, while creating an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect for our employees.
  • Responsible for managing the staffing requirements to meet overall sales objectives; work within the parameters set by the President (i.e. payroll budget).
  • Implement customer service requirements for the store to insure that our customers have a positive experience with Feeders Supply.
  • Manage the overall staffing requirements to ensure the store has adequate, trained employees to meet business needs, especially during peak or seasonal periods.
  • Responsible for hiring of all store personnel.
  • Responsible for preparing weekly store schedule.
  • Responsible for approving and submitting payroll hours to Accounting Department on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Perform store merchandising activities
  • Open/close store.
