Seeking an experienced Senior Project/Program Manager to lead a highly complex, multi-year transformation initiative within the life insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a multi-workstream program with continuous releases
• Drive accountability across vendors, internal teams, and carriers
• Provide clear, executive-level status reporting
• Oversee release planning, risk management, and cross-functional alignment

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate brings deep insurance project experience, exceptional delivery discipline, and the ability to hold vendors and carriers accountable while maintaining strong, collaborative relationships.

• 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience in complex environments
• Strong background in life insurance projects
• Proven success delivering client-facing large-scale initiatives with multiple integrations and workstreams
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
