Position Overview:

Halcyon is seeking a motivated and experienced Med Spa Director and Leader to drive our mission of mental and physical well-being. As the Med Spa Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences; managing a team of estheticians, aesthetic injectors, and massage therapists; driving sales; and maintaining the overall spa environment.

Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

• Oversees all aspects of med spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff scheduling.

• Ensures compliance with all state and federal regulations pertaining to medical spa operations.

• Develops and implements operational policies and procedures.

• Maintains a clean and safe environment.

• Manages the spa's budget and financial performance.

Team Leadership:

• Recruits, hires, trains, and develops a high-performing med spa team.

• Provides ongoing coaching and mentorship to staff.

• Sets clear expectations and manages staff performance.

• Creates a strong workplace culture where all staff feel valued, issues are resolved quickly and fairly, and everyone feels connected to “Our Why”.

• Collaborates with owners to develop contests, incentives, and rewards to keep the team engaged and motivated.

• Embodies and enforces our "no drama" policy, fostering a positive and professional work environment.

Guest Experience:

• Delivers exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with guests.

• Resolves guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Implements strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

Sales and Marketing:

• Develops and executes sales plans to increase revenue and market share; including memberships, packages, and retail products.

• Collaborates with the marketing team to promote Halcyon's services and products.

Business Development:

• Identifies opportunities for growth and expansion.

• Develops and implements strategies to increase profitability.

• Stays up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Med Spa Director or in a similar role within the spa/wellness industry.

• Experience developing and implementing processes and policies.

• Exceptional people leadership skills with ability to motivate and inspire teams.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

• Passion for fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Strong understanding of med spa treatments and services.

• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in relevant software and technology.

Schedule:

• Full-time position (40 hours/week).

• Flexibility required, including working one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday).

• Spa hours: Monday: 9 AM – 7 PM, Tuesday: Closed, Wednesday – Friday: 9 AM – 7 PM, Saturday & Sunday: 10 AM – 4 PM
