Job Description

*Description:* The client has a growing need of SOX readiness - scope for SOX is always expanding and they have new applications that have come into place because of recent SAP implementation.

This resource will need to have a strong understanding of SOX controls and have worked as an auditor/understands that space.
Understand documentation flow
Will work with new processes and write processes
3-5 years of experience is a must so they know the different phases of SOX- they don’t need to create anything from scratch but they need to follow what they have in terms of SOX assessments.

*Day to day:* They would have to work on excel spreadsheets to review systems and documentation Part of meetings, catching meeting notes What is the assessment results and criteria, write some of the SOX documentation, controls readiness work, control gaps and controls deficiencies. Pre assessment work and controls are established and validating those controls.
