Solid Surface Fabricator / Assembler
Location: Mesa, AZ
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (some overtime may be available)
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, DOE


About the Role:
We are seeking a Solid Surface Fabricator / Assembler to assist in the production of custom sinks and related components. This position involves hands-on fabrication, finishing, and assembly work using a variety of tools and materials. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in cabinetry, carpentry, or similar large-scale assembly and be comfortable working in a production environment with minimal supervision.


Responsibilities:

• Assemble and finish custom sinks according to print specifications and quality standards.
• Follow direction from senior builders while maintaining the ability to work independently.
• Use standard hand and power tools (tape measure, glue guns, staple guns, etc.) safely and effectively.
• Perform finishing and assembly tasks using materials such as Corian, granite, quartz, Stile Stone, and other man-made surfaces.
• Advise on appropriate techniques for assembly and finishing when needed.
• Lift materials and components up to 50 lbs (approximately 40% of the time).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate project completion.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience working with Corian or other solid surface materials preferred.
• Ability to read and follow print specifications accurately.
• Experience in carpentry, cabinetry, or large crate-type assembly highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment.
• Team-oriented with the ability to take direction and work independently.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
