Portworx Pure Storage Acquired Portworx in October 2020, Creating the Industry's Most Complete Kubernetes Data Services Platform for Cloud Native Applications. This acquisition represents Pure’s largest to date and our deeper expansion into the fast-growing market for multi-cloud data services to support Kubernetes and containers. Position Overview SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE... You will join the Portworx QA team, which is responsible for delivering the highest quality Portworx suite of products. You will be contributing to cleanest code, being customer oriented and putting quality first. Responsibilities Contributing to simultaneous releases Developing test plans and test strategies for multiple releases Identifying testing gaps and provide inputs to improve quality and must own escapes (goal is always zero) and ensure gaps are addressed frequently Developing and maintaining automation test suites Reviewing test automation scripts (Golang preferred) Making sure of product/feature quality and delivery timelines Coordinating with dev/test teams across geographies Acting as a technical leader, visionary and mentor for the QE team. Make sure the CI/CD pipelines are well defined and executed as per the test strategy Qualifications Leading by example, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the whole Portworx team. Incredible ability to develop test plans, follow through, meet delivery timelines, while adhering to highest quality standards. Be the customer advocate with an eye for detail and ability to foresee risks and mitigate them Excellent communication skills and proven experience working with cross geo and cross functional teams As this is an office-centric role, you are expected to be present in the office for 3 days a week. As outlined in Pure's Hybrid Work Policy, there will be variations over periods of time, depending on business need. Pay Range USD $207,000.00 - USD $312,000.00 /Yr. Pay Transparency Statement Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
