ServiceNow Developer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise in ServiceNow development and management to deliver high-quality solutions. You will play a pivotal role in customizing, integrating, and enhancing ServiceNow applications, particularly focusing on the Financial Services Module and Customer Service Management (CSM). Your contributions will ensure the delivery of efficient services, optimizing user experience and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ServiceNow applications and modules with a focus on customizing existing functionalities and creating new features.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using Web Services (SOAP, REST, GRAPH) to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Work on ServiceNow upgrades and manage technical debt to enhance system performance and maintainability.
• Design and develop user interfaces using UI Builder and React.JS, ensuring a modern and engaging user experience.
• Create detailed design documents, test cases, and unit tests to ensure high-quality deliverables and maintain thorough documentation.
• Utilize Performance Analytics to track and analyze key metrics, driving continuous improvement in ServiceNow processes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Leverage tools like Flow Designer, Decision Builder, and Automated Test Framework (ATF) to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in ServiceNow development and management, including Financial Services Module and CSM.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and experience with React and React.JS.
• Experience in designing and implementing integrations using Integration Hub and various Web Services protocols.
• Familiarity with 'out-of-box' functionalities and best practices in ServiceNow.
• Ability to create and execute design documents, test cases, and unit tests effectively.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and participation in Agile project cycles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
