Service Operations Supervisor – Commercial Roofing

Birmingham, AL

$85-100K + Benefits

Your Role

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of roofing crews on service and repair
• projects.
• Conduct morning briefings to assign tasks, review safety protocols, and set daily
• goals.
• Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

For 50 years they have been operating in the commercial & industrial roofing industry across a variety of sectors that include manufacturing, healthcare, heavy industrial, airports, commercial buildings, and higher education.

They work 75% re-roofing and 25% service, successfully delivering small maintenance repairs to major re-roofing projects valued up to $8m.

Key Requirements

• 3 – 5 years of commercial roofing experience, with at least 2 years in a
• supervisory or lead foreman role
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, repair methods, and service

• Skilled in scope writing, estimating materials, and coordinating small job logistics
