Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Web Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of our website and digital platforms. You will play a critical role in building a digital experience that embodies our mission, combines cutting-edge technology with artistic design, and meets the needs of our customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Development : Design and build responsive, visually stunning, and functional websites that align with our brand and mission.
• Full-Stack Expertise : Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components, including server-side applications, databases, and APIs.
• SEO Optimization : Drive advanced SEO strategies to improve visibility, traffic, and customer engagement.
• System Architecture : Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications to support business growth.
• Creative Collaboration : Partner with design and marketing teams to merge artistic design with technical innovation, ensuring a unique and engaging user experience.
• Leadership : Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical direction of the team.
• Maintenance : Monitor and improve website performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience : 5+ years in web development, with a portfolio of successful projects showcasing creativity and technical expertise.
• Technical Skills :
• Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Back-end: Node.js, PHP, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• SEO: Advanced knowledge of technical SEO and optimization tools.
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Version Control: Proficiency in Git.
• Soft Skills :
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for merging creativity with technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with headless CMS platforms.
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Knowledge of e-commerce integrations.
