Technical Recruiter (please read about onsite requirements)

Responsibilities:

• Own the sourcing and prescreening for technical hiring
• Strategically and creatively source industrial labor
• You will manage the full-cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy
• You will source candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit
• You will facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interviewers, hiring managers, and company leadership
• Provide top notch candidate experience.
• Manage the interview scheduling

Requirements

• 5 +years of successful recruiting experience: corporate or agency
• Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit
• Tech and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills and companies within the industry
• Consultative and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
• Commitment to excellence and top performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience recruiting software or hardware positions
• Experience working directly with hiring managers and senior engineering leadership
