Job Description

Role: Serve as bioinformatics lead for therapeutic programs and platform teams Partner with experimental scientists to guide study design, data analysis, and interpretation to support key project goals Develop novel sequencing-based methods to accelerate RNAi trigger platform development Leverage public and in-house generated single cell sequencing, spatial transcriptomic, and high content imaging data analysis to support extrahepatic delivery efforts Qualifications: PhD in computational biology, genetics, or an equivalent field 2-4 years industry experience Expertise using command-line tools to analyze a variety of sequence data types (bulk/single cell RNA-seq, ChIP/CLIP-seq, variant exploration, etc) Familiarity with large, public domain multi-omics data sources Comfortable working with an AWS computing environment •Proficiency in Python/R for data analysis and visualization Strong understanding of molecular biology, genetics, and related fields Ability to translate complex biological problems into computational approaches and effectively communicate within cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications: Experience with RNAi or oligo-based therapeutics Basic understanding of oligonucleotide chemistry Proven record of data science/AIML successes City Therapeutics is accepting resumes/CVs from direct applicants only.
