Your Mission

This role will follow a hybrid schedule, requiring in-office presence at our San Francisco office from Tuesday to Thursday, with occasional additional days on-site as needed.

Were looking for a Senio r Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale performance marketing channels with a data-driven, product-informed, test and learn approach. The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for setting and meeting user acquisition, retention, and monetization targets aligned with business priorities and long-term growth strategy.

This is an independent contributor role, reporting to the General Manager. In this role, you will devel op and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across multiple platforms with emphasis on desktop and mobile channels, while developing strategies for user onboarding and first experience optimization, working closely with the product team.

The Impact Youll Drive

  • Oversee budget allocation, platform relationships, and campaign performance analysis to make data-driven optimization decisions.
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives across audience targeting, creative concepts, messaging, and landing pages to improve conversion and retention metrics.
  • Collaborate with the data team to develop sophisticated user journey tracking systems and complex attribution approaches.
  • Establish clear reporting frameworks and KPIs to communicate performance metrics and insights to executive stakeholders.
  • Stay informed of emerging trends in virtual worlds, metaverse developments, digital marketing innovation and AI.

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing roles with demonstrated success in complex product environments.

  • Proven track record of managing substantial marketing budgets across multiple platforms, especially Google Ads and Meta.
  • Strong technical understanding of marketing technology stacks, analytics platforms, and tracking implementation.

  • Experience with subscription-based products.
  • Excellent communication skills for translating complex data insights into actionable strategies for diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools and the ability to build compelling performance narratives.
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms including their strengths, limitations, and optimization levers.
  • Experience collaborating with product teams to influence feature development based on marketing insights.
  • Strategic mindset balanced with tactical execution capabilities.
