Role Overview:
The company is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead all visual and creative aspects across both digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in branding, project management, and digital design, with a focus on maintaining the company's visual identity and driving creative innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
• Lead the design and execution of creative projects, including website design, packaging, marketing materials, and social media content.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery of all creative assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and e-commerce, to align design work with broader business goals.
• Produce engaging and visually compelling content that resonates with the target audience and enhances brand perception.
• Continuously push creative boundaries to bring fresh ideas that support the company's mission and lifestyle.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in senior graphic design or a similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design, branding, and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for creativity and innovation.
