Position Overview

We are seeking dependable individuals to join us at our new two-year-old facility in Front Royal, Virginia. Sanitation Worker cleans up the production area, washes machines/equipment after 2nd shift production is completed. We work with high pressure hoses and chemicals.

Must be able to work in a negative 10 degrees Fahrenheit cold storage environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Safety First

• Prepare production area for each day's manufacturing by cleaning and washing down production lines and equipment.

• Use soap, chemicals, and sanitizer framers to spray down equipment.

• Clean production floor and drains

• Assist in office cleaning, hallways, lunchroom, locker room and miscellaneous rooms when necessary.

The Ideal Candidate

• Must be able to work comfortably with chemicals.

• Must be comfortable with physical movement, bending, stooping, lifting.

• Must be able to work in cold and wet environment.

• Must be able to understand and perform cleaning process of production equipment.

• Willing to learn, practice and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 1+ year Sanitation Experience (preferred)

• Bilingual-Spanish and English is a plus!

• Experience in sanitation and/or food manufacturing (preferred)

Work Location & Working Conditions

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Front Royal, VA facility.

The schedule is Monday to Friday

• 3rd Shift - 10:00pm-6:00am

• Shift Differential = $2.00/hour

Work is performed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with regular exposure to cold temperatures, loud machinery, and strict food safety protocols. The role requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
