Key Sales Trainee Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, efficient sales assistance to customers in a one-on-one setting
• Understand customer needs and recommend AT&T’s products to meet their expectations
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Keep up with the latest AT&T’s products, services, and promotions
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales transactions
• Handle customer concerns and questions to provide solutions and maintain positive relationships
• Work as part of a team to achieve overall sales goals and ensure a seamless customer experience
• Stay updated on competitor offerings and trends to assist in strategy and product recommendations

Sales Trainee Skills:

• Previous experience in sales or a customer service role is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve goals
• Self-motivated 
• Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find tailored solutions
