Position Summary:

The retirement planning division of Shuster Advisory Group, LLC is seeking Internal Sales Assistants to join our team. Shuster is an established firm looking for new talent that is eager to learn and grow with us. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, collaborative and proactively seeks additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Integrate data from a variety of sources into cohesive and comprehensive presentations and reports.
• Prepare reports to monitor plan participation, performance, and costs.
• Assist in preparation of client and prospect presentations.
• Participate in client meetings/report deliveries.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Experience and Technical Requirements:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Office with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be dependable and can handle multiple time-sensitive projects with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with financial analysis and FP&A a plus but not required.
• Experience with retirement plans (401(k), 457(b), 401(a), 403(b), Defined Benefit Plans, etc.) a plus but not required.

Salary & Benefits Information

• Starting salary commensurate with experience.
• 401K, 401K 4% match, medical, dental and vision insurance.
