Matthews Buses, Inc., one of the nation’s largest school bus dealers in the United States, has an
opening for a Sales Administrator at our Avon NY location. The position serves as a key
operational and administrative liaison in the sales department, providing our sales team with
administrative and strategic support. This position requires a highly motivated self-starter with
excellent organizational skills. Should be results-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced
environment. The position requires exceptionally strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and
technical savvy with a high level of expertise with Microsoft Office Products and Google Drive
Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining pricing catalogs and quoting software
  • Processing DMV paperwork
  • Facilitating sublet vendors quotes
  • Communicating workflow with shops
  • Coordination, tracking and execution of various business documents
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements
  • Act as liaison between necessary support departments to facilitate sales process and

growth strategies
Job Requirements
