We are a reputable roofing company specializing in high-quality residential and commercial projects. With a focus on excellence and safety, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Roofer to lead our skilled team and ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage roofing crews on job sites.
- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of various roofing systems (shingle, metal, flat, etc.).
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and enforce safety protocols.
- Conduct quality inspections and resolve any issues on-site.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.
- Train and mentor crew members to develop skills and improve efficiency.
- Communicate progress and challenges to management effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Roofing Foreman or in a similar supervisory role (5 years or more as a roofer)
- Extensive knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Commitment to safety and ability to enforce OSHA guidelines.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and perform roofing tasks as needed.
