TidyDillo, LLC is seeking reliable, detail-oriented cleaning subcontractors to join our growing team in Lewisville, TX and surrounding areas. We offer consistent, ongoing work with flexible schedules and competitive flat-rate pay per job.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality residential cleanings, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.
• Tasks include, but are not limited to: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, surface sanitizing, and deep cleans (e.g., ovens, refrigerators, etc...).
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure consistent service standards.
• Communicate effectively with the TidyDillo team regarding job status and client feedback.

Requirements:

• Prior professional cleaning experience.
• Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Reliable transportation to job sites in Lewisville and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality standards.
• Liability insurance required (minimum $1M coverage).
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong work ethic
• Punctual and reliable to job sites

Compensation:

• Flat-rate pay per job (rate provided before each job and accepted by the subcontractor).
• Payments processed weekly.
