Residential & Commercial Plumbing Supervisor

Location: Brookville, OH
Job Type: Full-Time

We are hiring a Residential & Commercial Plumbing Supervisor to lead a team of plumbers and perform hands-on plumbing work. This role requires strong technical skills, the ability to work independently, and the leadership to train, direct, and inspect the work of others. Experience with government contracts is a plus.

• Supervise and support a team of plumbers on residential and commercial jobs.

• Train, mentor, and develop plumbing staff.

• Inspect completed work for quality, code compliance, and proper installation.

• Assign daily tasks and ensure projects stay on schedule.

• Perform hands-on plumbing installation, repair, and troubleshooting.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications.

• Maintain accurate documentation, work orders, and job notes.

• Communicate with office staff, contractors, and customers.

• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.

• Assist with government contract documentation and compliance when applicable.

• 5+ years of plumbing experience (residential and commercial).

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong troubleshooting and installation skills.

• Ability to work independently and lead a team.

• Clean and valid driver's license (required).

• Knowledge of plumbing codes, safety practices, and inspection standards.

• Government contract experience is a plus.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in diverse job-site environments.
