Key Responsibilities :

Lead the formulation, renovation, and commercialization of new products
Oversee R&D project lifecycle: from ingredient sourcing, costing, and labeling to post-launch monitoring
Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and procurement teams to ensure alignment on product launches
Conduct independent experiments, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
Manage industrial trials, ensuring project milestones are met
Support margin improvement initiatives and ingredient vendor relationships
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, from concept to launch.

Requirements :

Experience : Minimum of 10 years in CPG, with a strong background in product commercialization and operations

Education : Master’s degree in food science, chemistry, or a related field (PhD highly preferred).
