Due to growth, we are hiring a Remote SDR Manager with the following experience: Managing SaaS SDR Teams Hands on experience optimizing Salesloft, creating reports, coaching, driving team direction, etc. Experience With The Following Is a Big Plus: CRM software sales FinTech SMB WealthTech / understanding of financial advisors You will be leading 10 SDRs who support 10 AEs. Your role will include setting clear goals/KPIs, collaborating with sales and revenue on process optimization, identifying new lead gen strategies, and providing regular reports on SDR performance.
