A-Line Staffing is actively searching for Multiple Clinical Chart Abstractors/ Oncology Registered Nurses for a major healthcare company located anywhere in the United States. Clinical Chart Abstractor
Our corporation seeks to identify a Clinical Chart Abstractor that can dedicate 40 hours per week to our growing team of Medical Chart Abstractors. The ideal candidate will possess medical credentials and have prior experience with chart abstractions and have worked in an oncology setting.

Each successfully hired candidate will receive training and on-boarding.
Clinical Chart Abstraction
Accurately and efficiently conduct medical review/abstraction services
Accurately abstract information from the electronic medical record into the electronic data capture tool.
Complete quality, accuracy and inter-rater reliability testing as requested in a timely manner.
Perform quality review on work completed by the other data abstractors
Abide by all HIPAA and associated patient confidentiality requirements
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Education/Training:

Oncology RN

Related Experience

Must be proficient in navigating through EHR databases.

Clinical experience/pharmaceutical experience; prefer experience in performing chart abstractions in an oncology setting, academic or research experience helpful.

Previous data analysis experience is a plus.

Specialized Knowledge/Skills

Excellent verbal and written skills.

Detail oriented.

Team work oriented.

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Excellent computer skills including: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook

Must have high speed internet access.

This is a contract position only.

Working Conditions:
40 hours a week

This position will be working from a home office/REMOTE
normal business hours 8-5

Must have oncology and abstractor experience.
