The Marissa Turner Agency, in partnership with Symmetry Financial Group, is hiring remote Independent Life Insurance Agents. We help driven individuals build flexible, high-income careers with full support, access to warm leads, and no cold calling.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with uncapped commissions.

What You’ll Do:

• Work with clients who have requested life insurance info (no cold calls)
• Educate families on coverage options and submit applications
• Use phone and Zoom to conduct consultations and follow-ups

Compensation:

• This is not a standard W2 role, and is 100% Commission-Only. Below is a range of what our current agents are averaging on a part-time or full-time basis, and not a guaranteed range. Performance will vary

  • Part-Time: $2,500–$5,000+/month (15–20 hrs/week)

  • Full-Time: $7,000–$15,000+/month (35–45 hrs/week)

Qualifications:

• Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to get licensed)
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills
• Able to work independently using phone, Zoom, and CRM tools
