Description:

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our community-based primary care team. In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with providers and support staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and cultures.

Duties include:

• Deliver and coordinate comprehensive nursing care across the lifespan using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation)
• Triage patients both in-person and over the phone, utilizing evidence-based protocols and clinical judgment to guide care decisions
• Collaborate closely with medical assistants, providers, and administrative staff to ensure seamless, efficient patient care
• Provide patient and family education tailored to age, literacy, and cultural background
• Administer vaccines, medication ns, IV fluids, and point-of-care testing as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality and safety standards
• Create a clean, safe, and inclusive clinical environment through infection control and risk management practices
• Support timely coordination of prescriptions, forms, and other healthcare documentation
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement efforts and maintain compliance with all clinical standards, policies, and regulations

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Strong clinical assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• COVID-19 vaccine series and booster required; flu shot required during flu season
• Proficiency in basic nursing procedures including phlebotomy, IV insertion, and medication administration
