Job Opportunity: Per-Diem Nurse

We're looking for a per-diem nurse. This is a key position to ensure the agency is compliant with NJ Board Of Nursing regulations and our Accreditation status.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. BSN, PHN preferred.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in NJ.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in an acute care setting or equivalent experience.
• Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements and in good repair. Good driving record.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities:

• Performing comprehensive initial assessments of client status, including physical, psychosocial, and environmental parameters.
• Developing an individualized plan of care for each client with client input.
• Providing interventions with a focus on achieving realistic client outcomes.
• Conducting client reassessments and follow up visits.
• Maintaining compliant client records showing systematic assessments, planning interventions, and evaluations.
• Provide training, delegation, supervision and support to our staff of caregivers
• Address any issues with respect to clients and or caregivers that may arise

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
