We are currently interviewing for the 2024-2025 school year!

SUMMARY

• RBT starting pay rate of $30 per hour (w2 employment)
• RBT assignments available throughout Chester County, PA

URGENT NEEDS:

• Oxford, PA: Monday and Wednesday 3:00pm-5:15pm
• West Grove, PA: Monday and Wednesday 5:30pm-7:30pm
• West Grove, PA: Saturday 3.25 hours between 8:30am and 1pm

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide assistance to children/adolescents with behavior disorders in the school, home, and community setting based on medical needs of the client
• Prompt interventions in the areas of: behavior management, conflict resolution, anger management, and peer interaction skills based on the treatment plan goals provided by a Behavior Consultant or Behavior Analyst
• Collect daily data and document progress notes in a prescribed format for each session with the child/adolescent

Requirements

EDUATION / EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• Experience working with children - preferred

CREDENTIALS:

(Clearances current within 12 months)

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificate through the BACB
• PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
• PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
• PA Department of Human Services FBI – Use code 1KG738
• TB Screening (current within 3 months)
• Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
