We are looking for a Regional Sales Representative to hit the pavement, meet with business owners, and close deals that make a visible difference. You will be the face of our brand in the marketplace, backed by a powerhouse team of designers, fabricators, installers, and project managers.

• Design , fabricate , install , and service custom signs
• Serve businesses of every size , including retailers, banks, hospitals, schools, restaurants, churches, city governments, and more
• Handle everything: branding, permitting, surveys, EMC programming, installation, and long-term maintenance service

You are not just selling signs. You are offering visibility, credibility, and a lasting first impression.

What You'll Be Selling

You will represent a full suite of high-quality signage and imaging products, including:

• Building Signage
• Electronic Message Centers (EMCs)
• Channel Letters and Dimensional Letters
• Pylon and Monument Signs
• Interior and ADA-Compliant Signs
• Vinyl Graphics, Banners, and Decals
• Gas Station and Retail Branding Packages
• LED Retrofits and Lighting Upgrades
• And more

You will help clients find the right solution for their brand, budget, and location...and then our team brings it to life.

What You'll Do

This is a field role, not a desk job. You will spend your time out in the market meeting business owners, building relationships, and driving revenue.

• Be the face of SkyRite - You represent us in the field. Customers will trust you to guide them, not just sell to them.
• Prospect and hunt - Identify new opportunities, cold call, follow up, and close.
• Solve real-world problems - Help businesses overcome visibility and branding challenges with smart signage solutions.
• Leverage your creative eye - A knack for aesthetics, branding, and construction-type thinking will set you apart.
• Collaborate across teams - Work closely with design, fabrication, permitting, and installation pros.
• Own your results - Track and drive your performance with CRM and regular follow-up.

What You Need to Succeed

• Proven B2B Sales Experience - You have been in the field before and know how to close deals with representatives of other companies.
• Creative Eye - A feel for design, layout, and aesthetics helps you paint a picture for clients.
• CRM Experience - Helps keep your pipeline tight and follow-up sharp.
• Strong Communicator - You connect with people easily and build long-term relationships.
• Self-Motivated & Goal-Driven - You want to win. You hustle. You take pride in results.
• Willing to Travel (10-15%) - You will need to hit the road to grow your region.
