How you'll make an impactThis is a work-from-home role (must live greater Houston) with local market travel. This is about leveraging all your benefits experience as an internal consultant. There is not a traditional A.E. role (little-to-no employee level interaction or claims assistance, no rfps to complete, no ben admin system to manage or open enrollment paperwork/data entry). We’ll support you with solid compensation (base plus incentives), supportive and flexible leadership, an energetic team and a culture built on ethics, honest and stability ( ;NYSE, $9B in revenue, 98 years).
Required: Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years related experience required. License required. **Must live in greater Houston ***
