Minnesota 1771 Energy Park Dr Suite 100 Saint Paul, MN 55108, USA Minnesota 1771 Energy Park Dr Suite 100 Saint Paul, MN 55108, USA Execute with full-cycle recruitment activities Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks Conduct initial candidate screenings and phone interviews Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Maintain candidate relationships and provide timely communication throughout the recruitment process Manage candidate tracking and documentation in the ATS (UKG) Assist with job posting creation and optimization Support recruitment marketing initiatives and employer branding efforts Attend career fairs and networking events as needed Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management review HR Generalist Functions Assist the Senior HRIS and Payroll Specialist with data gathering and analysis Prepare and manipulate data using Excel for payroll imports and batch processing Generate standard and ad hoc reports from the UKG system Help with employee data entry and system updates Assist with HRIS system testing and implementation of updates Support onboarding and offboarding processes Assist with policy implementation and enforcement Help maintain employee files and documentation Assist with training coordination and logistics Help with benefits administration and employee communications Support compliance activities and record-keeping requirements Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events Additional Responsibilities: Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives Support continuous improvement efforts across HR processes Other duties as assigned based on department needs Education & Skill Requirements Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or related administrative functions 1+ year full cycle recruitment experience Preference to learn new systems and new technology to further the employee experience Experience with HRIS systems (UKG experience strongly preferred) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup, data manipulation) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion Pay Range: $58,000-65,000K Medical (offer three various plans with Aetna) - employee and employer contributions Dental - employee and employer contributions Vision - employee and employer contributions Health Savings Account with a company contribution if participating in an HDHP plan Flexible Spending Account Employer paid Life and ADD Insurance Supplemental Life and ADD available for purchase 401(k) plan with Employer Match 160 hours of Paid Time Off #bhp Qualifications Skills Behaviors : Motivations : Education Experience Licenses & Certifications Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.For further information, please review the Know Your Rights notice from the Department of Labor. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bluum Inc
