We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Recruiter to help us find and onboard top talent for various positions.
As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting and retaining talent for our hourly workforce and salaried professionals. You will work in a fast-paced environment, bringing your A-game every day to ensure we have the right people in place to support our operations. This position requires a high-energy individual who can thrive under pressure and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions, from entry-level roles to executive management.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to reach a diverse pool of candidates.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Develop and promote employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Participate in job fairs and networking events to enhance company visibility.
• Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Previous recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and team members.
• Ability to read people and assess cultural fit.
• High energy, motivation, and a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
• Experience in the transportation industry, specifically with DOT and tractor trailer operations, is a plus.
• Flexibility to work long hours as needed to meet hiring goals.
Note: This position is in office M-F 40-45 hours per week
Salary: $30,000 to $55,000 based on experience
