ResponsibilitiesProcess customer policy change requests and premium payments.
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Document each customer contact into our database.
Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
Data entry on customer accounts.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
RequirementsPossess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
