is looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Melbourne, Florida . This is a temporary, part-time position, ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a customer-focused approach. As the first point of contact, you???ll ensure a welcoming atmosphere while providing essential administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, customers, and employees, ensuring security by monitoring badges and maintaining visitor logs.
• Provide clerical support: answer phones, manage mail, assist with new hire documentation, and more.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment.
• Assist the HR Coordinator and other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask.
